Fitness classes are fast becoming one of the most popular ways to stay fit, healthy and improve wellness goals. 

We offer a range of classes that are both challenging and fun for all ability levels, including: Metabolic Conditioning, AquaFit, Yoga, Pilates and SpinFit. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned exerciser, we are sure there is a class that will keep you coming back for more! Our experienced, certified instructors help you explore new ways to exercise while keeping you energized, engaged and excited to burn more! With current COVID restrictions and the safety of our valued clients in mind, we limit bookings for classes to adhere to social distancing guidelines and schedule our timetable to give enough time for thorough sanitization.

Classes are free for UDST students and staff and are currently available only for females in Building 17.
