Accessibility Services (AS) is the University’s central resource for accessibility and inclusive learning, combining expertise in assistive technologies, universal design, and student support to ensure every student can fully participate in academic and campus life. Accessibility Services removes barriers to education by fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and shared responsibility. Through proactive planning, technology, and individualized support, Accessibility Services works to make equitable access the standard—not the exception.

Accessibility Features on Campus
Accessibility at the University is built into every part of campus life. The key features include:
Accessible learning spaces - Classrooms and lecture halls include adaptive seating, assistive listening devices, and layouts designed for mobility access.
Accessible washrooms - Compliant with accessibility standards.
Accessible study stations in Library, Learning Commons and Help Center - Equipped with screen readers, magnification tools, and alternative input devices to support diverse study needs.
Accessibility Services testing center - A quiet, fully equipped space for students approved for testing accommodations.
Priority seating - Reserved seating is available for students with an accessibility symbol on their ID card.
Accessible parking - available near building entrances across campus
