This year we will have three graduation ceremonies which will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) and live-streamed on YouTube. Ceremony dates are as follows:

Our Graduation ceremonies are the biggest highlight of the year and provide an excellent opportunity for you to celebrate your academic achievement with your family and friends. In preparation for the Graduation Ceremony, please read the following very carefully:

Step 4: Graduation Rehearsal

At Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC)

Rehearsal attendance is mandatory in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

You do not need your cap and gown for rehearsals.

Please bring your student ID with you.

Step 6: Gown and Cap Return Dates

You will sign out the cap and gown when you pick them up the week before your Graduation Ceremony. These must be returned during the period of:

Sunday, June 1, 2025 - Thursday, June 5, 2025

Return Location: Building 16, ClubHub
Time: Between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm

Gown payment refunds will be made through bank transfer, not cash.

To receive your refund, you must bring the receipt copy for the gown payment received during gown collection.

Step 7: Graduation Documents

The graduation documents for 2025 graduates are expected to be available as follows:

Fall 2024 Graduates: January 19, 2025
Winter 2025 Graduates: June 1, 2025
Spring 2025 Graduates: August 10, 2025

Graduates will be informed via email once the documents are ready for collection from the Admissions and Registration Directorate.
