Distance Learning

D2L is the Learning Management System used by UDST to manage the delivery of your courses.

To access D2L:

  1. Enter the https://d2l.udst.edu.qa in the address bar of your web browser
  2. Click "UDST - Single Sign On Login"
  3. Enter your Student Email Address - 60XXXXXX@udst.edu.qa
  4. Enter your password and Sign In

MyUDST

MyUDST is UDST’s Intranet system where you can access many student resources. On campus, you can visit MyUDST by opening your web browser on any UDST computer.

To access MyUDST Off Campus:

  1. Enter https://access.udst.edu.qa/myudst in the address bar of your web browser
  2. Enter your 60XXXXXX ID number and password
  3. Select UDST - Student & Alumni from the drop down
  4. Click Sign In

PeopleSoft

PeopleSoft is UDST’s Student Information System that contains all your biographical details and academic information.

To access PeopleSoft Self-Service:

  1. Enter https://campus.udst.edu.qa in the address bar of your web browser
  2. Enter your 60XXXXXX ID number and password
  3. Click Sign In

Password Reset

UDST’s Password Reset Portal can be used if you have forgotten your password or are having issues logging in.

To access the Password Reset Portal: 

  1. Enter https://password.udst.edu.qa in the address bar of your web browser 
  2. Enter your Student Email Address - 60XXXXXX@udst.edu.qa  
  3. Enter your mobile number on file in PeopleSoft and click Next 
  4. Enter the verification code from the SMS and click Next
  5. Enter the new password twice and click Finish
PASSWORD RESET

Student Email

Students can access their email from any desktop, laptop, or mobile device on or off campus.

To access your Email:

  1. Enter https://outlook.office.com in the address bar of your web browser 
  2. Enter your Student Email Address – 60XXXXXX@udst.edu.qa  
  3. Enter your password and Sign In

Facilities Requests (FAMIS)

Facilities helpdesk system allows students to enter facilities service requests and track statuses directly via an easy-to-use self-service interface.  FAMIS Self-Service only handles non-emergency requests.  For services that require immediate attention to maintain safety or life safety emergencies, please call the Security Control at 4495-2999.

If you have any questions regarding work orders or service requests, please email facilitieshelpdesk@udst.edu.qa

To access FAMIS Portal:

  1. Enter https://famis.udst.edu.qa in the address bar of your web browser 
  2. Enter your Student Email Address – 60XXXXXX@udst.edu.qa  
  3. Enter your password and click Login

FACILTIES REQUESTS

OneDrive and Office 365 Apps

Students can access their saved documents in Office 365 through OneDrive.  You can also download Office Apps to your laptop from here.

To create new files and save them to OneDrive, click on the Add New button from the menu and select the type of file you want to create.  You can create Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OneNote files.  You can also create new folders.

To access OneDrive: 

  1. Enter https://www.office.com/apps in the address bar of your web browser
  2. Enter your Student Email Address - 60XXXXXX@udst.edu.qa
  3. Enter your password and click Sign In
  4. Click on the OneDrive icon at the top of the page
OFFICE 365

Navigate 360

Navigate360 is UDST’s Student Success Management System. Navigate 360 is your digital one-stop shop. View your events and to-do’s, schedule an appointment, view your class schedule, access resources, and much more.

To access Navigate 360:

Log in with your UDST credentials to get started.
