The Student Mental Health Ambassadors (SMHA) program is a student-led initiative overseen by Student Counselling Services dedicated to fostering a supportive, stigma-free campus.

⦁   Promote Peer Support - Create a community where students can connect, listen, and uplift one another

⦁   Encourage Open Conversations - Reduce stigma around mental health by fostering honest discussions

⦁   Lead by Example - Advocate for student wellbeing and personal growth.

●   Wellbeing Cafe - a safe space where mental health support is given to help students access support, manage stress, and build resilience.

●   Awareness Campaigns - proactive activities to psycho educate peers
