The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Thani Bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Services, establishing a framework for collaboration to expand access to quality higher education for sponsored students from underserved backgrounds in Qatar. The partnership aims to empower Qatari and non-Qatari youth through quality academic programs, capacity development, and financial support, enabling them to make meaningful contributions in Qatar and globally.
The agreement is signed by Dr. Salem Al-Naemi, President of the University of Doha for Science and Technology, and Dr. Ayedh bin Dabsan Al-Qahtani, Chief Executive Officer of Thani Bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Services.
The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for cooperation in supporting sponsored students throughout their academic journey, including developing mechanisms for financial assistance with tuition fees, providing academic support, and creating an enabling environment that promotes student success and educational achievement.
