Accredited CPD Provider

 

The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), College of Health Sciences CPD Program (CHS CPD), is accredited by the Ministry of Public Health’s Department of Healthcare Professions – Accreditation Section (DHP-AS) as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider.

DHP-AS is the national body responsible for regulating and accrediting CPD activities in the State of Qatar, ensuring that all accredited activities meet established standards for quality, relevance, and educational integrity.

 

CPD Activity Categories

 

CPD activities are aligned with DHP-AS accreditation standards and are typically classified into the following categories:

  • Category 1: Structured learning activities such as conferences, seminars, and workshops with defined learning objectives and formal evaluation

  • Category 3: Assessment-based activities designed to evaluate competencies, clinical skills, and application of knowledge in practice (e.g., simulation-based training)

All UDST CPD activities are designed and delivered in accordance with the requirements specific to their designated category.

The UDST CHS CPD Program is committed to full compliance with DHP-AS standards for CPD accreditation. All activities are:
