Supplemental Instruction (SI)

Admissions

What is Supplemental Instruction (SI)?

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic support program to support students with challenging courses by focusing on what to learn and how to learn. SI aims to help students develop the study skills they need to succeed in their courses through peer SI leaders. SI, unlike peer tutoring, follows a knowledge sharing approach with the use of unique collaborative learning techniques and facilitation strategies.
