CPD Activity Process for credit and certificate
  1. During the day of the activity, participants will check-in for registration to ensure that their QID and DHP licenses are correct.
  2. Participants’ actual earned hours of attendance are determined by their participation in the activity.
  3. Participants will receive an email 10 working days after the activity containing a link to the post activity survey.
  4. From the time of receiving the post activity email, participants have 10 working days to complete the survey.
  5. Organizer will then compile and submit the report of the credit earned to the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP).
  6. Credit will be reflected in healthcare professional’s DHP record.

  • Incorrect information (QID or license number) or late submission of survey may result in the forfeiture of CPD hours.
