Poster Themes

Abstracts should be directly related to cancer risk reduction and early detection. Suggested areas include (but are not limited to):

  • AI-driven cancer risk prediction and early detection models
  • Technological innovations in screening, diagnostics, and imaging
  • Digital health, mobile health, and wearable devices in cancer prevention
  • Genomics, biomarkers, and precision medicine approaches
  • Community-based strategies for cancer risk reduction
  • Education, health literacy, and patient-centered innovations
  • Survivorship care and supportive technologies
  • Policy, implementation, and interdisciplinary approaches

Poster Session and Awards

  • Posters will be exhibited throughout the conference with dedicated networking and discussion sessions.
  • The top three posters will receive certificates and formal recognition during the closing session.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract length: Maximum 300 words
  • Format: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions (as applicable)
  • Language: English
  • Submission Deadline: 20 October 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: 1 November 2025
  • Submissions should be made via: CancerConference_CHS@udst.edu.qa

Eligibility

Open to healthcare professionals, researchers, students, industry innovators, and community stakeholders.
Student submissions are strongly encouraged, with a dedicated category recognizing student innovation.

At least one author per poster must register for the conference (in-person)
