After the Ceremony
Gown and Cap Return Dates
You will sign out the cap and gown when you pick them up the week before the Graduation Ceremony.
Gowns and caps must be returned between Sunday, June 1, 2025 - Thursday, June 5, 2025
Return Location: Building 16, ClubHub
Time: Between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm
Gown payment refunds will be made through a bank transfer, not cash.
To receive your refund, bring the receipt copy for the gown payment that you received during gown collection.

Graduation documents for 2025 graduates will be available as follows:

Graduates will be informed via email once the documents are ready for collection from the Admissions and Registration Directorate.
