This year we will have two graduation ceremonies which will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) and live-streamed on YouTube. Ceremony dates are as follows:

Our Graduation ceremonies are the biggest highlight of the year and provide an excellent opportunity for you to celebrate your academic achievement with your family and friends. In preparation for the Graduation Ceremony, please read the following very carefully:

Step 1: Student Registration

Graduates are required to register their attendance for the ceremony between Sunday, May 3, 2026, and Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Step 3: Guest Invitations

Graduates’ Guest Registration will be open from Tuesday, May 12, 2026 to Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Step 4: Graduation Rehearsal

At Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC)

Rehearsal attendance is mandatory in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

You do not need your cap and gown for rehearsals.

Please bring your student ID with you.

Step 6: Graduation Documents

The graduation documents for 2026 graduates are expected to be available as follows:

Fall 2025 Graduates: January 25, 2026
Winter 2026 Graduates: June 14, 2026
Spring 2026 Graduates: August 9, 2026

Graduates will be informed via email once the documents are ready for collection from the Admissions and Registration Directorate.
